Policy for how we process your personal data
In accordance with the new Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) from May 2018, you as a private person have the right to request information about which personal data we save, you can also request that we change or completely remove this personal data.
Below you can read in more detail how we handle the data we collect.
1. When you fill out forms on our website
1.1 Use of digital services
When you register in connection with the quotation request, as a customer for e-commerce purchases or send an email, we handle information about you in order to be able to provide requested services and products, fulfill our commitments to you as a customer and provide you with a personal service. The data we process and store are: Name, address, company name, company address, telephone number, fax number, organization number, social security number, contact person(s), e-mail addresses.
1.2 Application for vacant position or spontaneous application
If you apply for a vacant position with us, we store and manage the information to be able to contact you for recruitment purposes. We store the information for 24 months. If you submit a spontaneous application, we store the information for 6 months in order to be able to contact you if a current position appears.
2. Information security
All personal data is processed in a way that meets the requirements set by law for secure processing of personal data.
3. Access to information

Information that we no longer have use for is deleted on an ongoing basis.
