Leak-free couplings and components in FV1C for gas handling and gas recovery of SF6 are used to prevent emissions of SF6 gas. The machine is delivered test run, leak tested and CE approved with user-friendly manual \/ documentation for safe handling.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Standard equipment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>FV2C-CW gas equipment can be supplied complete with the necessary equipment for use.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>Hose kit for SF6<\/li>\n<li>Hose kit for air<\/li>\n<li>Connection piece (Optional)<\/li>\n<li>Air vacuum pump<\/li>\n<li>Manual<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Chassis<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The frame is a welded and painted steel chassis where the machine's components are mounted. Cover plates are mounted around to protect the equipment. The chassis is equipped with 2 lockable castors and 2 larger wheels for easy transport on site.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Oil-free compressor and dry running vacuum pump<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Oil-free compressor and dry vacuum pump are used to pump SF6 gas. Compressor with capacity of 2 - 9m\u00b3\/h and maximum pressure of 51 bar(abs). If the maximum pressure is reached, the machine is switched off automatically. Dry running vacuum pump with capacity of 3 m\u00b3\/h and 0.15 mbar final vacuum.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Operating panel<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Panel with flow chart and 4\" HMI display for automatic gas handling. Manometers for input and output pressure and inlet pressure for compressor. Vacuum instrument showing vacuum value \/ pressure in 4\" HMI display when operating with vacuum pump for SF6.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SF6-filter<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Particulate and chemical filtration filters to purify used SF6 gas. Interchangeable filter cartridges that filters particles down to 1 micron. Purifies the gas from moisture and chemical residues which are absorbed by chemicals in the filter cartridge.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Air vacuum pump<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Oil-lubricated vacuum pump intended for evacuation of air. Capacity of 16 m\u00b3\/h and 1 mbar final vacuum. Used e.g. after service when the circuit breaker is filled with air and must be emptied before refilling with SF6 gas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Connection piece (Optional)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Connection piece for connection to electrical equipment. In standard version with ABB\/ASEA connection. Connection for extra pressure gauge. Connection for external gas bottle, which allows the connector to be used for re-filling of gas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Connections\/hoses<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Supplied with complete SF6 hose kit, DN8 fittings, to connect the equipment. All hoses are reinforced with stainless steel wire braid with an inner hose made of PTFE.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Storage<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>FV2C-CW is delivered as a complete mobile equipment. Handles are mounted for easy movement. (N2 regulator, high flow regulators, regulators for alternative gas, gas cylinder connection according to American, English, Chinese standards.)<\/li>\n<li>Hoses - Large range of hose sizes and hose types. Special hoses according to customer requirements (dimension, length, pressure, protective casing, reinforcement, coupling type etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Filter type - Different types of gas filters to filtrate gas from particles, moisture and residual products. Contains electrical cabinet, compressor, vacuum pump, controls (4\" HMI display) and measuring instruments as well as SF6 filter and hoses. An air vacuum pump and a coupling piece is available as option.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>SF6 evacuation<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nHose is connected between portable FV2C-CW equipment and gas-filled object via coupling piece (optional). Evacuation of SF6 is done using oil-free compressor and dry vacuum pump down to 1 mbar. Storage of evacuated gas is done in customer's gas cylinder with a storage pressure of max. 50 bar.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Air evacuation<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nHose intended for air is connected to the object via the supplied connector. Air vacuum pump with a capacity of 16 m\u00b3\/h is used to empty objects of air, down to a final vacuum of 1 mbar.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>SF6 filling<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nFilling is easiest done with natural pressure from a gas bottle. If equilibrium in pressure between object and bottle occurs, the FV2C-CW can be used to pump gas from bottle to object.
